So, Whats our Proposal?


We provide a responsive Tenant Contact Service (TCS) for your maintenance issues, Back Office and Administrative tasks.

Our aim is to undertake all communication with these parties thus freeing up your time to focus on building your lettings/sales portfolio.

The amount of involvement you require from Davlock Property Management can be tailored to your individual company needs allowing us to offer a full, personalised, bespoke service.  If required Davlock can also arrange Tenancy Renewals, Inspections, Gas Safety Renewal & Legionnaires Risk Assessments.


Davlock will become the primary focal contact for all your Tenants, who will contact us directly via email or telephone for all maintenance issues.  We pride ourselves on working to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 2 business hours for all Tenants however our responsive time will often be immediate.

From initial contact to conclusion Davlock will be responsible for full resolution and ownership.  Following contact from a tenant first point of contact shall be the Landlord for permission of any work to be granted; quotations will then be arranged and discussed with them.  Davlock Property Management shall then liaise between the tenant and contractor for fulfilment of any necessary work.

On a weekly basis we will notify yourself as the Agent by email of any maintenance issues we have received/resolved.
